Tomorrow I have an appointment at the doctors in which I will try to convince them that I'm worthy of a breast reduction op on the NHS. Previous experience has led me to believe that I shouldn't hold out any hope.

Maybe I should try to convice them if they don't do it for me, I'll do it myself.
